Relevations
I realised that many a time people are only concerned of your product and not of what you are going through. Deadlines are set and it is up to us to fulfil. You perform and it is deemed as performing up to the mark and thus even tougher challenges. You do not perform and you will then be classified as incompetent. Regardless of the turmoil that you go through, you are still expected to be as you are deemed.

So how do we make amends? How do we strike a balance?
