Well i guess this is the 2nd time that i saw the sun rise from Kampong Noordin. The last time was many many years ago when i was still a CI.

I could still remember CI Rongfa talking to me about stars and about mornings at the old npcc campsite. Then minqiang was also talking to me about that when the npcc campsite got renovated into its current size.

I guess in those days we had more of such intimate sessions with our seniors, talking our hearts out about things and life. Maybe our unit were very small then... that permitted time for such things.

Things are so very much different now.. our unit is 100 over strong and it is not often that we get time to share about things in our hearts.

Will any of you come and talk to me about the things that linger inside?

Well you probably can't see it but the wind was howling fiercely when we were all gathered at a small hut at Noordin Beach.. . all the sand were blowing into my eyes and mouth afterwards when the thunderstorm came... lucky it was over after a short while.

What an experience for many i would say :)
